Quartzdyne offers complete repair and recalibration services for our downhole monitoring tools and products. Our goal is to repair the transducer to like new condition, with "like new" reliability as quickly as possible.  We understand the inconvenience that a nonfunctioning tools causes.  Typically we can repair and return a transducer within 30 days from the receipt of the unit.  


Repair and recalibration service charges are based on the transducer model. Unless otherwise stated calibration is included in the repair charge. Whenever possible the bellows will be replaced, to ensure the transducer is working properly. When returning the units to Quartzdyne the customer pays for shipping.  Quartzdyne will pay for return shipping charges on warranty repairs only.

All repairs include electrical testing of the circuit board and crystals. This information is used to evaluate our designs and manufacturing processes, and to provide feedback to customers on any problems that we detect in their methods for using our products.


It is also very important that you provide a correct ship to and bill address and contact when returning a product to Quartzdyne for repair.  Failure to do so upfront could result in delays in the repair process.
