Quartzdyne Electronics can take your design to the next level in performance.
We offer die acquisition services,  standard
or custom packaging, consistent quality, reliability, and more.
We have over 10 million hours of product testing. Our facility
is set up to work with production needs of 20-300 units per
month. On average, a first article can be realized in 6 months
from receipt of PO.
Part of the challenge of moving from a surface mount to hybrid
platform is die acquisition. We highly recommend designing around
readily available die. QE offers a limited selection of die
on their Die
Banking and Anonymous Brokerage. To add to this,
Minco
Tech, Semi Dice, and others have a larger array
of die available. Once a desired part is identified in die form,
purchase the same part in packaged form from your favorite dealer such as Digi-Key, Chip Supply, Newark, Allied Electronics, or others. Test the part at temperature. Through this process, a design
is generated with qualified and available die parts. To assist
this process, QE offers die acquisition services.
